What are the possible reasons for the damage of the triangle belt?
1. The length is not equal
If the length of a row of belts is not equal, the tension of each synchronous V-belt will also be different, and some will produce slippage or excessive tension, which will cause the belt to wear. Therefore, it is necessary to use the same type of synchronous V-belt when using it.
2. The vibration amplitude is too large
If the timing belt twitches quickly due to machine vibration, the timing belt will be severely sunburned, thus shortening the service life.
3. Sundries are left on the triangle belt
If there is grease and other dirt on the V-belt, because the dirt contains chemical substances, it can enter the timing belt and destroy its material structure.
4. Insufficient tension
