What are the possible reasons for the damage of the triangle belt?
1. The length is not equal

2. The vibration amplitude is too large
If the timing belt twitches quickly due to machine vibration, the timing belt will be severely sunburned, thereby shortening the service life.
3. Sundries are left on the triangle belt
If dirt such as grease is left on the V-belt, because the dirt contains chemical substances, it can enter the timing belt and destroy its material structure.
4. Insufficient tension
If the tension is not enough, then the friction will not be enough, and then slippage will occur, which will increase the wear of the belt, causing it to lose the ability to transmit load, and the instability of the transmission will make the belt transmission ineffective.
5. The length is not enough
If the length is too short, exceeding its stretchability, fracture behavior is inevitable.

we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
